"Group Code" for the NSF CRCNS PI Meeting: NEFNEFA.

To obtain the conference rate, insert your arrival and departure information. Scroll
down and select the number of rooms you will require. Then scroll to the third white box
entitled “Group Code” and insert NEFNEFA. Click “Find.”
You will be directed to a webpage where you can receive additional instructions for
reserving a sleeping room for the NSF CRCNS PI Meeting.
NOTE:
All reservations made after 5:00 p.m. on the cut-off date are on a space available basis and
cannot be guaranteed the group rate. A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Deposits are fully refundable if a room is cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival - be sure you
get the cancellation confirmation number if you do cancel.
Please make your reservations as soon as possible. The group rate will be extended to
all participants for up to one day before or after the conference dates.
