Steps to read a proposal:

• Log in to FastLane through 'Panelist Functions'.
• Click on Panel Review System.
• Select the View/Download Proposal tab.
• Select the proposal.
• Click on the View Proposal button.

Steps to submit a review:

• Log in to FastLane through 'Panelist Functions'.
• Click on Panel Review System.
• Select the Prepare Review tab.
• Select the a proposal.
• Click on the Prepare Review button.
• Complete the form and click Submit Review.

Review content:

Reviews should address merit review criteria as outlined in the GPG Chapter III.

Notes:

• Reviews are returned to the PI and are used as a vehicle to communicate positive and negative feedback about the proposal.
• Reviews may be edited until the completion of the panel. To edit a review, click the Resubmit button.
