* No-Cost Extensions including those with a Phase IB supplement do not extend your Phase II submission deadlines.

All proposals must be submitted by midnight of the deadline date.

IMPORTANT: Carefully determine your Phase II submission date; as Phase II proposals that are declined are not allowed to be resubmitted, therefore choose your submission date wisely!
