This email contains the meeting registration form and information about hotel rooms available at a group rate.  If additional people from your organization are planning to attend, please forward this email to them.         \n\nEach person planning to attend the meeting should complete and submit the registration form found here.\n\nThe hotel at which group rates have been secured for the nights of March 20 and 21 is the Courtyard New York Manhattan/Fifth Avenue, located at 3 East 40th Street.  Please make your reservations as soon as possible.
