Patents and Inventions Resulting From NSF Support

The Foundation received 356 invention disclosures in fiscal year 1994 and 242 invention disclosures in fiscal year 1995. Rights to these inventions were allocated in accordance with Chapter 18 of Title 35 of the United States Code, commonly called the "Bayh-Dole Act."
