Ms. Rhonda Davis, Office Head, Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI)

Rhonda Davis, Office Head, ODI

Ms. Rhonda Davis is head of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) at the National Science Foundation (NSF).

Davis currently serves as senior advisor in ODI and has been serving as acting office head since January 2015. Davis came to NSF in 2010 from the Department of Agricultures Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights, where she served in several positions including acting associate assistant secretary for civil rights, director of program planning and accountability, chief of the Statute of Limitations Division, senior equal opportunity specialist, agricultural program complaints investigator and examiner/agricultural economist.

Davis experience in establishing and managing nondiscrimination and diversity programs, both previously and at NSF, will enable her to continue to make significant contributions to NSF's very important goal to excel as a federal science agency with a diverse, engaged and high-performing workforce.

Davis has a master's of science in agricultural economics from North Carolina Agriculture and Technical State University and a bachelor's of science in agricultural economics from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.

Davis began her appointment on Nov. 15, 2015, and is located in room 255-S and may be reached at (703) 292-8020.
