New CEOSE report stresses importance of science and engineering opportunities for all citizens. Students from the Glenallen Elementary School in Silver Spring, MD display a number of tools they use to study science. Their teacher Kristi Cameron won a Presidential Award for Mathematics and Science Teaching in 2001, administered in part by the National Science Foundation.
