Stefan Strauf and associates published a paper on leveraging holographic lithography for fabricating nanogap arrays with features 70 times smaller than the wavelengths of the blue laser light used to create the nanostructures.

The National Science Foundation (NSF) is an independent federal agency that supports fundamental research and education across all fields of science and engineering.
