 News From the Field Study Compares Techniques for Doping Graphene for Device and Interconnect Fabrication

Nanotechnology researchers at the Georgia Institute of Technology have conducted the first direct comparison of two fundamental techniques that could be used for chemically doping sheets of 2-D graphene for the fabrication of devices and interconnects.

The National Science Foundation (NSF) is an independent federal agency that supports fundamental research and education across all fields of science and engineering.
