Novel pretreatment could cut biofuel costs by 30 percent or more

Researchers at the University of California, Riverside, have invented a novel pretreatment technology that could cut the cost of biofuel production by about 30 percent or more by dramatically reducing the amount of enzymes needed to break down the raw materials that form biofuels.Full Story
