Profiles in Team Science is a publication based upon work by the National Science Foundation. The booklet highlights NSF funded Science and Technology Centers, showing the many ways the STC program supports NSF's vision of advancing discovery, innovation and education. The National Science Foundation announced five new Science and Technology Center awards as a result of a recent, merit-based competition. The STC program supports integrative partnerships that require large-scale, long-term funding to produce research and education of the highest quality. The Celebration of Science and Technology Centers - Class of 2000 was held on February 5, 2010. Center Directors gave presentations and center staff were honored for their achievements.
