NSF PA/M 02-08 - February 1, 2002

NSF has cancelled its budget press briefing at 2 p.m. today due to conflicts with other budget events. (All other NSF events related to the budget remain as announced on Friday, 2/1; please see below.) Media are invited to attend the director's briefing at 3 p.m., and to ask questions after the briefing. Our apologies for last-minute changes.

NSF to Brief Media on Fiscal 2003 Budget Request

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) will release the President's Budget Request for fiscal 2003 on Monday, February 4. National Science Foundation officials will brief the media and the science and engineering community on its implications for NSF.
