NSF to Host Conference on Latest Discoveries in Nanoscale Science and Technology

Recipients of Nanoscale Science and Engineering awards made in 2001 will highlight initial results from over 100 NSF-funded projects at a grantees conference December 11-13, 2002, at the National Science Foundation.

  • Single molecule transport and devices
  • Nanoscale electronics
  • Molecular self-assembly
  • Environmental nanoprocesses
  • Nanomechanical devices
  • National nanotechnology research and education networks

  • Richard Russell, Office of Science and Technology Policy (Associate Director for Technology)
  • Mihail "Mike" Roco, NSF Senior Advisor for Nanotechnology and Chair, Subcommittee on Nanoscale Science, Engineering and Technology (NSET)
