CITATION
For his outstanding research using photopolymerization kinetics
as a nanoscopic probe to predict and control the nanostructure
of Lyotropic Liquid Crystalline (LLC) systems, and for bringing
the practice of polymer science first to rural public high schools
and then to the whole state.
