Collect small samples of bone and tissue from decayed remains of penguins and seals on the snow surface of Lake Bonney to establish the age of the animals and subsequent age of the lake ice cover.

Removal of seismic equipment, solar panels and all associated equipment which are currently within the ASPA boundaries after the boundaries were modified.

Collect biopsy samples of skin from Antarctic killer whales to determine taxonomic status of the three different morphotypes in Antarctic waters.
