Public Comment: OISE has replaced program solicitation NSF 03-559 with two solicitations, as follows: NSF 04-035, for Planning Visits and Workshops; and NSF 04-036 , for Developing Global Scientists and Engineers. A third solicitation to encourage international research and education partnerships is planned. Dear Colleague Letter NSF 04-034 , describes the complete portfolio of OISE supported activities. OISE’s three other program solicitations - International Research Fellowship Program NSF 02-149 , East Asia and Pacific Summer Institutes for U.S. Graduate Students NSF 03-608, and Pan-American Advanced Studies Institutes Program NSF 03-506 - remain unchanged and in effect.
