This appendix reports the detailed statistical results of our Phase II analyses. These include the following:

• Tenure (tables D-1 through D-8).
• Promotion to the associate-professor rank (tables D-9 through D-16).
• Promotion to the full-professor rank (tables D-17 through D-24).

All reported coefficients and corresponding statistics are estimates of the multivariate hazard models.[1] Refer to Appendix A for detailed descriptions of the statistical models and Appendix B for a list of variable acronyms and definitions. Descriptions of the models are provided in Section 2 of this report and are summarized in table 2-5.[2]
