NSF Challenge Taking Action: COVID-19 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Challenge

The National Science Foundation is challenging public or private, non-profit, two- and four-year Institutions of Higher Education (IHEs) to respond to the TAKING ACTION: COVID-19 DIVERSITY, EQUITY, & INCLUSION Prize Competition. We want your best ideas for systemic solutions to mitigating long-term impacts from the pandemic on DEI in STEM.

Entries will be accepted via Challenge.gov until January 30, 2022 (extended deadline).
Entries will be judged by NSF and three cash winners in each of four categories will be made (see table below).Please review the instructions and eligibility information provided on the challenge information website: www.nsf.gov/takingaction.
PRIZE INFORMATION
$200,000 in total cash prizes will be awarded to winning IHEs. Each of the four categories will have a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place cash-prize winner and up to 10 honorable mention designees (see table).
