DESCRIPTION:During the NSF PESOSE Proposal Preparation webinar, an NSF prog
 ram director will provide guidance on developing a competitive proposal. 
 \n\nAbout the series\n\nThe NSF PESOSE program is a new funding opportunit
 y from the NSF Directorate for Technology, Innovation and Partnerships tha
 t combines the former Pathways to Enable Open-Source Ecosystems and Safety
 , Security, and Privacy of Open-Source Ecosystems programs.The PESOSE prog
 ram helps translate open-source research products, including software, har
 dware, machine learning models, languages and data platforms, into safe an
 d sustainable ecosystems that address national and societal challenges. Th
 e program also promotes strong governance, collaborative development and b
 road engagement across academia, industry and government. Additionally, th
 e program aims to enhance the safety, security, and privacy of open-source
  ecosystems by addressing key vulnerabilities and improving resilience aga
 inst threats.Over the course of three webinars, an NSF program director wi
 ll introduce the program, explain its goals and eligibility requirements, 
 answer questions, and outline the application process. The first webinar s
 ession will include a formal presentation followed by a moderated Q&A. A s
 econd session will be devoted primarily to open Q&A, giving participants p
 lenty of time to ask their specific concerns. The final session will focus
  on the application process itself and walk attendees through what to expe
