  (VINES) program is dedicated to advancing research and technology develop
 ment in next-generation intelligent network systems. It aims to improve pe
 rformance and capabilities across the networking protocol and computation 
 stacks while ensuring resilience and interoperability. This multisector in
 itiative, led by the U.S. National Science Foundation in partnership with 
 various industry and international organizations, focuses on enhancing U.S
 . competitiveness in advanced telecommunications and building a skilled wo
 rkforce in the field.\n\n\n\nAbout the series\n\nThe Verticals-enabling In
 telligent Network Systems (VINES) program is dedicated to advancing resear
