Update on IRES Solicitation

The IRES program is going through redesign, and we expect that it will be announced again later this year in an improved and flexible way. At this point, the IRES program does not accept proposals. While it is not known when exactly the new solicitation will be published, the new submission deadline will be 90 days after the publication day.
