Graduate Research Opportunities Worldwide (GROW)
The GROW Dear Colleague Letter, NSF 16-012, is active. GROW expands opportunities for U.S. graduate students to engage in international research collaboration. GROW is open to only active awardees of the Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP). The extended submission deadline is Monday, December 15, 2017. For the upcoming competition, the GROW partner countries are: Australia, Austria, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Denmark, Finland, France, India, Ireland, Japan, Korea, Mexico, the Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, and Sweden. Only the countries and institutions listed are part of the GROW program, no other partners will be considered.
AOR Certification is not required.
- The AOR is your home institution's Authorized Organizational Representative. GROW applicants should contact their GRFP coordinating official to identify their AOR for GROW proposals.
- The AOR certification form can be found below under "Related URLs"
- The signed AOR certification form must be uploaded with your proposal as a Supplementary Document.

GROW has established research cooperation with counterpart funding organizations in Australia, Austria, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Denmark, Finland, France, India, Ireland, Japan, Korea, Mexico, the Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, and Sweden. Additional partners may be added before the deadline. GROW opportunities with USAID are not offered in 2016-2017
