The human value of neuroscience research: Jessie Owen

Being able to paint is a big deal for Jessie Owen, who suffered spinal cord injury 5 years ago. With help from researchers at NSF-supported Center for Neurotechnology at the University of Washington, she is regaining mobility in her hands and arms.
