Find out about the chemistry of ketchup, mustard and mayo: suspensions, emulsions in this video from our "Cheeseburger Chemistry" series. It uses uses ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise to explain two different types of mixtures: suspensions and colloidal dispersions (emulsions).
