Eight international funding agencies award $4.8 million for humanities and social sciences research.

Eight international research funders jointly announce the award of approximately $4.8 million to 14 teams of scholars, scientists and librarians from leading universities worldwide. The awards are the result of round two of the Digging Into Data Challenge and they will spur cutting edge research in the humanities and social sciences.
