Seahorses are devoted dads whose fathering responsibilities include undergoing pregnancy.

Seahorses are veritable "gender benders," because their intense fathering responsibilities include many of those usually assumed by mothers--including undergoing pregnancy and giving birth to their offspring. Fathers carry their unborn babies in a stomach pouch.
