Road to the New Energy Economy - Electric Cars

The future of green transportation holds many questions. Will electric vehicles become more accessible? Will they be more affordable for the general public? Can they really help solve the energy crisis? In this March 23, 2011, Capitol Hill briefing, Jeff Stein of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and Genevieve Cullen, Vice-President of Electric Drive at the Transportation Association, tackle these important issues.
