Spend a day in a spider's shoes at the USA Science and Engineering Festival
Explore the behavior, ecology and sensory systems of spiders, ubiquitous and one of the most diverse groups of organisms in the world. Test spider aggressiveness, and explore web life. The USA Science and Engineering Festival, held April 25-27, 2014, in Washington, DC, attracted more than 320,000 attendees. NSF was a big presence with 23 exhibits and 24 stage shows showcasing NSF-funded research.
