Does poverty breed terrorism? A researcher from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government says there is no evidence of a significant relationship between a country's wealth and level of terrorism. Researcher Alberto Abadie says policymakers should see political freedom as a greater motivator for terrorism than poor economic conditions.
