NBC News Special Correspondent Tom Brokaw moderates "Changing Planet," a town hall meeting focused on climate change. It airs on The Weather Channel on April 22nd at 9 p.m. ET. The town hall is underwritten by the National Science Foundation and hosted at Yale University.
