A DNA microarray developed at Berkeley Lab may help scientists learn how to preserve coral, one of the ocean's most important denizens. The technology tracks changes in microbial populations that indicate coral disease.Full Story

The U.S. National Science Foundation propels the nation forward by advancing fundamental research in all fields of science and engineering.
