UA-led Study Grapples With Health Effects of Low-intensity Warfare

A study led by University of Arizona anthropologist Ivy Pike establishes a conceptual framework for measuring the health, as well as the social impacts, of violence in northern Kenya. The study has worldwide implications, as violent conflict is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality. Full Story
