The Power of Flowers: Research Sprouts a Closer Look at Sunflower Genetics

A Kansas State University biology professor has two major research projects that involve evolutionary change in sunflowers, the state flower of Kansas. He studies naturally occurring species to try and understand the genetic basis of natural variation.Full StorySource
