New trigger for self-powered mechanical movement

The self-powered enzyme micropumps created by the team provide precise control over flow rate without the aid of an external power source and are capable of turning on in response to specific chemicals.Full Story
The U.S. National Science Foundation propels the nation forward by advancing fundamental research in all fields of science and engineering.
