Guidance on collections support (emergency circumstances)

If you are facing a time-critical emergency situation related to support for a living stocks or natural history collection, please contact a Collections in Support of Biological Research (CSBR) program cognizant Program Director ( in the Division of Biological Infrastructure to discuss your circumstances and the potential for submitting a Rapid Response Research (RAPID) proposal. RAPID requests may be for up to $200k and up to one year in duration.
