A new approach could quickly identify the most effective way to manage disease outbreaks--an advance that could save lives. Developed by scientists using insights from the 2014 Ebola outbreak, the method pinpoints critical pieces of missing information required to improve management decisions during an outbreak. A paper describing the approach will be published in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences during the week of May 15, 2017.Full Story
