MCB Core Solicitation and Other Funding Opportunities

The Directorate for Biological Sciences and the Division of Molecular and Cellular Biosciences accept proposals to core solicitations, as well as to special solicitations. We also announce our interest in specific areas or alert the community to new opportunities through Dear Colleague Letters. The Division of Molecular and Cellular Biosciences: Investigator-initiated research projects (MCB) (NSF 23-548) are accepted at any time in each of MCB’s four clusters:
- Cellular Dynamics and Function,
- Genetic Mechanisms,
- Molecular Biophysics, and
- Systems and Synthetic Biology.
