NSF Biological Oceanography Office Hours October 3rd

September 27, 2022

Colleagues:

“The Biological Oceanography Program would like to invite members of the research community to our upcoming Virtual Office Hours event. Office Hours is a new opportunity for our scientific community to ask questions about the Program and our review process. We encourage anyone considering submitting a research proposal or who has questions about our Program to attend.

Our Office Hours events take place once a month. Each event first focuses on a specific topic, followed by an open question and answer session. We encourage everyone to attend even if they are not interested in the selected topic, as there will also be time allocated for general questions during each event.

Our upcoming event will take place on Monday, October 3rd, from 3-4pm ET. We will not have a specific theme, instead allowing the full time for Question and Answer with our Program Officers. To attend, please follow this link and register for the meeting via Zoom https://nsf.zoomgov.com/meeting/register/vJIsdeivqTgtEzZSB2Oa5qJUywGuCEoDfd8. Advance registration is required.

Future topics include: Supplements, RAPIDs and EAGERs, and more!

For any questions or further inquiries, please contact program Science Assistant Joe Townsend (jotownse@nsf.gov).”

Sincerely
Dr.  Jim McManus
Division Director OCE
