Caption: Streptomyces griseus M-1027. This strain produces an aminoglycoside antibiotic streptomycin which is clinically used as a broad-spectrum antibacterial (tuberculostatic) agent. Aerial mass color is yellow and straight spore chains with a smooth surface are developed.
