The EPSCoR Congressional Briefing on "Building Research Capacity"

U.S. Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee and the National Science Foundation (NSF) Office of Integrative Activities held an informational briefing on the Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) on October 3rd, 2011.
