US scientists interested in international collaborative research on Higher Education and Social Change are encouraged to consider a funding opportunity through the European Science Foundation (ESF).  NSF is a participant in EuroHESC (Higher Education and Social Change).  Outline Proposals were due to the ESF by 15th May 2008, 12:00 PM (noon).  It is expected that the deadline for submission of Full Proposals will be 16th September 2008, 12:00 PM (noon).  The Call for Outline Proposals is available at www.esf.org/eurohesc.
