Biography:

Dr. Jeanne Rudzki Small has served as a Program Director at the National Science Foundation (NSF) for ten years, first in the Division of Undergraduate Education (DUE) and then in the Established Program to Stimulate Research (EPSCoR).  She received her B.S. in Chemistry from Trinity University and her Ph.D. in Chemistry from Harvard University.  She did postdoctoral work in biophysics and spectroscopy at the Johns Hopkins University.  Dr. Small has been a faculty member at Eastern Washington University, a Managing Director of an NSF Science and Technology Center at the University of Washington, and the Chief Information Officer for Quantum Northwest, Inc.
