Biography:
Ms. Martha James joined the EPSCoR staff in August 2001. She has worked at NSF since 1985 in several NSF directorates. In EPSCoR, Ms. James will focus her efforts on the Research Infrastructure Improvement Program, Co-funding, and other special projects. She is a graduate of Trinity College, Washington, DC and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in management.
