Program Responsibilities:
Expanding Capacity in Quantum Information Science and Engineering (ExpandQISE)


Wu He is managing education-related proposals and awards in areas of data science, quantum computing, computer science, cybersecurity and information technologies. 

He is a Program Director in the Division of Research on Learning in Formal and Informal Settings at the National Science Foundation .  He was a full professor of information technology in the Department of Information Technology & Decision Sciences, Strome College of Business at Old Dominion University.

He was the principal investigator or co-principal investigator of grants totaling over $3M funded by the National Science Foundation and other federal agencies.  He is also the Editor-in-Chief of Information Discovery & Delivery and Associate Editor of Behavior & Information Technology.
