NSF Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Department of Defense for National Security Research

A recently signed Memorandum of Understanding between the National Science Foundation and the Department of Defense will allow researchers to apply for grants to study issues such as religious fundamentalism, terrorism and cultural change that may be of interest to U.S. national security.
