LSU Associate Political Science Professor Christopher Kenny says residents in two coastal Louisiana communities will be asked to give their opinion about which is more important: protecting the wetlands or continued off-shore drilling? This is one example of politically focused questions researchers will pursue with their newly awarded, NSF-sponsored rapid response grant.
