The Subcommittee on Ocean Science and Technology (SOST) developed a Plan Prospectus to outline the purpose and intended uses of the Plan, the proposed structure and content of the Plan, how the Plan will be developed and reviewed, and the means for community and stakeholder engagement. The purpose of the Prospectus is to stimulate public feedback on the overall framing and content of the Plan.
