Connection between PERN/PERN2 point in Pakistan and TEIN landing point in Singapore.

A project funded by NSF and the Pakistan Higher Education Commission has deployed a high-performance international research and education network connection between the Pakistan and Education Research Network (PERN), its successor--PERN2, and the global research and education network community.
