Penn dental team tweaks DNA to improve plant-based medicines

Henry Daniell, a professor of biochemistry and pathology at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Dental Medicine, and his research team have designed a software program that converts any given DNA sequence into the sequence that would be preferred by either lettuce or tobacco plants.Full StorySource
