Los Alamos National Laboratory Director Charlie McMillan does the honors and cuts the ribbon during the grand opening celebration of the PRObE Center on Oct. 18, 2012 at Research Park in Los Alamos. McMillan was joined by U.S. Congressman Ben Ray Lujan, and NSF representative Keith Marzullo as keynote speakers for the event.
